Simon Candler
After a work experience placement at an estate agency when he was just 14 years old, Simon knew that’s where he wanted to focus his career. He discovered a passion not just for property, but also for the people that he met. As a sociable and outgoing person, Simon loved the challenge of connecting with his clients’ desires for their dream home and then helping them to find it.
The fluctuations in property prices and the social and economic factors that affected their market values intrigued Simon. He was fascinated by the Built Environment that surrounds us, so he undertook a Surveying Practice qualification at the University College of Estate Management. It came as no surprise that, once qualified, Simon followed his passion and embarked on a lifelong career in estate agency.
In his spare time Simon is a keen snowboarder. He also keeps active by surfing and running, and he enjoys cooking for friends and family.
